Mandarin Orange Salad
 
1/4 cup salad oil
 
2 TBS Apple Cider vinegar
 
2 TBS Sugar
 
1/2 tsp Salt
 
1/4 tsp Pepper
 
1/4 cup sliced almonds-toasted
 
1 head Butter Lettuce
 
2 TBS minced fresh parsley
 
1/4 cup chopped green onions
 
1 small can of Mandarin Oranges
 
Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and toasted almonds together in a jar.  Shake well and refrigerate for 2 hours or over night prior to serving.
 Pour dressing over lettuce leave, toss well, add parsley, onion and oranges.
