All KeepAndShare applications allow you to mark items with gold stars . Any item marked with a gold star immediately sorts to the top of its folder or priority. This is an excellent way to mark and track your important information - its easy to see the gold star items and they are grouped together within each folder.

To turn a gold star on, just click on the 'ghosted' star outline .

To turn a gold star off, just click on the gold star and it will revert to a ghosted outline; the item will no longer be sorted to the top of its folder.

Gold stars work identically in the To Do application - use them to prioritize particularly important tasks, or perhaps to mark those tasks within a priority that you plan to accomplish today.
