Please join us in praying for our oldest son. He was in a car accident a year ago and became addicted to pain medication. He started his recovery program today...please keep him in your prayers. He very much wants his life back and so do we. God is good...we know he will hear us.

Thank you for your prayers, Polly and other blogging friends. Surgery went well and husband is home sleeping. He had pins and plates removed from his leg. He didn't have a rod, only plates and pins. I appreciate the concern and Praise God for answering prayer. Deb

 Very Special Prayer Request from Peggy Lesley at Brookwood Church .
 I am starting a signing for my son's best friend who has cancer (Hodgkin's Lymphoma). He is 11 years old and is not doing well at all. He was diagnosed with this cancer 2 weeks ago and the tumor is next to his jugular vein and entwined in it...has moved his wind pipe over a inch making it hard for him to breathe. The tumor is the size of a large eggplant and is sitting right above his heart. This little boy needs all the prayer he can get.

Joy, at savvycityfarmer asked me to drop you a line and ask for prayer. Her husband Don had an accident last night and is in the hospital in serious condition with a head injury. (He fell flat on his face onto a cement floor while playing a game at their home fellowship group while wrapped up like a mummy). They put a shunt in to help reduce the swelling, but it takes a full 3 days for swelling to reach it;s peak.The Dr. is optimistic at this point. She will be at the hospital for the next few days w/o going home, so asked that I pass this along.

Prayers for my Dad as he is not dealing well with my Mother's death and is having a hard time each day. Your prayers are greatly appreciated ~ Warm regards, Judi

Please pray for my dear friend Anita, she just lost her 26 yr. old sweet daughter to drugs.  And it was her only daughter and is very much in pain.......love to all.

Please say a prayer for our dog, Sidney. He is like a family member to us. He is going in for risky heartworm treatment next week. He could die from it. Thank you and God Bless!

Can we pray for Baby Nyah and her family.

I came upon there story through a friend on Facebook.  This little girl who just started out in the world recently, is going home this weekend to die.

Her family know the Lord and know that He is their strength.

Nyah's parents are Kristie and Vincent Hedges of Toronto Canada.  Nyah has a brother Nathaniel

I would like you please pray over my 4 year-old son Jonh Gabriel, who is apparently having struggles with learning; especially with the language. Some especialists believe he is suspicious of having speech disabilities. Thanks if you can help. I will deeply appreciate your time and effort.

LittleRedHeartsfromGod has lost her dad.  Please be on your knees for this family.

 Lori is in need of our prayers.  She would appreciate a prayer for perfect functioning of her digestion and body.  Deena of Can I Be Pretty In Pink? who's fighting breast cancer is also in need of prayers.

Pray for Denise's friend, Jean, who has cancer and just lost her husband last August.

Update on Barbara...

Thank you so very much for putting me on your prayer list.  Two weeks now since surgery and I can move my fingers and thumb and ever so slightly the wrist.  The bruising is toning itself down to more sedate and pastel colours!  Oh how I long to get back to my craft work and housework and cooking so much more easily.

Please pray for the residents being evacuated due to the CA fires and for the firefighters.  MaryLou's son is one of the firefighters so pray for peace for her as well as her son's safe return.

Praise!  Noah's biological dad is taking some vacation time in Hawaii so Noah will be home with us for the next couple weeks - uninterupted. 

Please lift up my husband Dave as he is going through a very difficult time in his career. Also my neighbor Wendy who has recently finished chemo. God's Grace and Peace to all you lovely ladies ~ Jan

Esther's stepson was in a car accident and some broken vertebrae.  He'll be staying with Esther during his recovery.  Also, please pray for John for recovery for a different accident.

Robyn's dad has skin cancer and is just going through some difficult testing.  Please pray for strength for Robyn and healing for her dad.

Tammy's father has just passed away.  Please keep her and her family in your prayers.
