Since it's so easy to securely share KeepandShare's documents online, a large table stored in a KeepandShare document can be an ideal way to provide lists, tables and simple databases on line for multiple users to view and update.

 

For instance, if you were coordinating a volunteer fundraising effort in which 30 parents from your school were going to call on 300-400 local vendors, you could put a large table online inside a KeepandShare document, and give editing rights to the 30 parents.  They could then each update the table with the latest status of their solicitations, making coordination of the project a snap.
