I hate it when I run into someone and their name is on the tip of my tongue but... I don't quite remember it. Not soon enough, anyways. Maybe it's because I turned 50 last year. Or, more likely, it's because I'm active in several non-profit organizations so I run into a lot of people once every couple of months. Excuses.
I was really helped out recently when my church put their entire membership directory online in Keep and Share with photos of all members! Since Keep and Share's address book support unlimited text, text searching, text formatting, and, get this, unlimited photos, it's perfect way to make a roster or address book come alive by publishing color digital photos online right alongside the directory. Better yet, since few of us want our personal information out on the public web, the church uses Keep and Share's private sharing capability so the address book is only viewable by church members using password access.
Yesterday we posted a great new 90 second video that gives a fine tour of the Address application, and introduces you to Bookmarks & Discuss as well.
