Many of us are using websites in a kind of 'batch mode' wherein we: a) open a browser window, b) go to the website, c) log in, d) conduct some business or work at the website, and e) then we log out of the site.
While this 'batch mode' of accessing websites is appropriate for visiting your online banking services and the like, I just want to point out that since your Keep and Share account is useful all day long for activities such as document reference, calendaring, sharing files, to-do lists and the like, you should instead get into the habit of opening a browser window for your Keep and Share account and stay logged in all day long. There's no reason not to be constantly logged in, and this will speed your access to the information in your account.
Here are two final tips:
- You can also have multiple browser windows logged into your Keep and Share account (or multiple tabs in your browser). E.g., have one window pointed at your Keep and Share calendar, and another window at your Keep and Share document application, maybe a third browser window pointing at your dashboard.
- Consult your dashboard regularly during the day - it notifies you the instant your friends have shared new information or comments with you, and you can access the new information by clicking right on the notification in your Fresh Shares or Fresh Comments section.
Lastly, if your browser supports multiple tabs (and if it doesn't, upgrade your browser now), you can use multiple tabs in just the same way I've described using multiple browser windows.
