I'm Samantha. My friends say I'm a whiz at working PC's, so 3 years ago I started working as an independent contractor providing computer configuration and software support to local businesses.  I use KeepandShare to run much of my business, like the calendar for my schedule and appointments; but my real secret is that I use KeepandShare to help my clients help themselves. 

I do this by creating a private online "library" for my clients. I write regular technical tips and updates, post them to KeepandShare, and then let my clients know about them with the easy "e-mail this" option. They know that I’m sharing these tips only with them, and that they're important to me. They also like the fact that the information is highly secure and provided to them only through a KeepandShare account with password.   I appreciate that this security and access control reinforces the value of this info to my customers. If I just published this info on a public web page, then anyone could access it and my clients wouldn't value my services as much. All in all, it’s good for them, and great for me... I charge the highest rates in town and none of my clients are asking for a discount!

Like I said, I'm a self-described "techie" and I appreciate clean and efficient product design.  I get this from KeepandShare - all shared info is never more than four clicks away (click on Visit, then username, then application, then item name).

Aside from my business, my passion and hobby is photography. I have over 200 web sites I've collected and visit as my virtual reference collection. I organize most of these in KeepandShare's favorites but I also put others into KeepandShare documents so I can add my own notes and commentary to the live web links.
