I'm John. I coach my daughter's soccer team, the Sprites, and I use KeepandShare to communicate with all the team families. To do this I first created an account "MadisonSprites" with some folders and documents containing team roster, schedules, tips, etc. I set sharing rights so any parent could view the documents but not edit them. Next I edited the Share page and dolled it up with the team's photo, my contact information and the team slogan. Now parents can access the information as simply as going to http://madisonsprites.KeepandShare.com.
Parents often email me great digital photos of the Sprites in action. I put these into KeepandShare photoblogs that automatically show up on the Share page. Photos are easily uploaded and stored in KeepandShare and an entire photoblog can be created from a collection of photos in a single click. Unlike many photo albums, KeepandShare supports unlimited text as captions for each photo.
My next use for KeepandShare will be to use two copies of its calendar application to keep my personal daily schedule and soccer coaching calendar separate. I can do this because each KeepandShare account provides 9 separate calendars.
I also like the way KeepandShare provides computer independence. I recently bought a new PC and donated my old one to charity. I didn't have to do any work to transfer any KeepandShare data or files or programs from one PC to the other -- because KeepandShare is completely web-based and thereby makes migrating or switching between PC's as easy as launching a web browser.
