I'm Troy. I'm a super busy 20's-something enjoying my first full-time job as an associate in an advertising office. Of course, in the office I have a computer, high speed internet access, and all the high tech perks one expects.
I use KeepandShare both for work and to keep my personal life running smoothly, because with the hours I'm working these days I can't afford to drop the ball outside of work. For work, I mostly use KeepandShare's Document application. I love it because it does three great things for me: first, I can easily create and store online documents in separate folders such as "Ideas for CornField Account" and "Advertising Effectiveness Reviews."
Second, I can access these documents from work, but also from my home computer and any other internet-connected computer. For example, some of my best ad ideas have come to me in a local internet cafe while sipping my double americano. When this happens, I simply log onto KeepandShare to quickly modify and update my KeepandShare documents.
Third, I can tap into the creative ideas and energies of my two best friends from college, Sam and Rachel. They both work in another city but have a knack for giving me great feedback on my latest brainstorms. I share my brainstorming documents with Sam and Rachel through free KeepandShare accounts, and then they can use the simple "Add Comment" command to post their feedback on the document. It's a little like Instant Messaging but the messages are organized and kept with each document, and Sam, Rachel and I can all see each other's comments.
Before KeepandShare, I hated trying to discuss documents with Sam and Rachel by email, because it seemed someone always had the wrong version and the email comments were always scattered across full email inboxes. With KeepandShare, I can communicate and cooperate easily without having to email or worry about different versions of information - KeepandShare keeps everyone synchronized on the latest version of the information.
But all this is just one of many KeepandShare applications ("Document"). For running my personal life, I mostly use KeepandShare's Calendar to keep my schedule and I use "Bookmark" to store scores of links to websites so I can access them from any computer. I love being able to share my collection of favorite URLs with friends and that what I share can vary with each friend. I also like that Sam and Rachel can share their favorite URLs back with me as well through their KeepandShare accounts.
