How Monica, Christina & Kathy Use KeepandShare To Plan Monica's Wedding
Monica had always told her big sister Christina that she wanted her to plan her wedding. Monica's never been good with decisions. But Monica and her wedding planner are currently living 9 hours apart. "I needed someone to help me make decisions and gather ideas, but I still wanted to be involved. I mean it is my wedding", Monica says. "And my mom wanted to be involved too". Christina created a KeepandShare account called monicaandoscarwedding. She then created a share group that included Monica, mom Kathy, fiancee Oscar, and herself. The first document she created in the account was an overall Wedding Planning Checklist. Everyone can make changes right on the document or add comments. As they got further along in the wedding planning process, Christina created folders for 'Ceremony', 'Reception', 'To Dos', 'Invitations', 'Wedding Party', etc."One of my main jobs as the wedding planner is to gather ideas", Christina says. "I created documents like 'Cake Decorating Ideas' and 'Favor Ideas' in the 'Reception' folder. I copy and paste pictures I find throughout the Internet into these central documents, so all the ideas are in the same place. The Bride and Groom leave comments about pictures and ideas they liked." It's easy for Christina, Monica and Kathy to keep track of everything because they receive a notification anytime someone updates a document or leaves a comment. "I get notifications by e-mail when there has been activity on the account. It's so fun to get them and see what new ideas have been posted", says Monica. "I don't know how we'd plan this wedding without KeepandShare. We're all so busy and don't get to talk on the phone everyday, this has sure simplified things."

- Start with the comprehensive Wedding Planning Checklist as a catch-all. Delete the items that don't apply and fill in anything else you might need.
