There are two ways to create a new address .
First, make sure you are in the Address application (click on Address in the gray tabs).
You can then click on the New Address command:

It will first prompt you to select a folder, and then you will be in the document editor where you can type in the address name and use KeepandShare's powerful editor to create as long of an address card as you like.
The alternative method to create a new address is quicker since it obviates the need to select a folder. Whenever you are viewing a list of addresses and folders, you will see a New Address command located just underneath each green folder name:

When you click on this new address command it will create a new address instantly, locating the address in the same folder.
Some tips:
- If you are entering several addresses in a row into the same folder, just click on the "Save and Add" button after entering the first new address.
- Consider putting last name first in the "Name" field, as in "Smith, John" - the names will then sort by last name.
