Store Huge Amounts of Text in Addresses

KeepandShare's address application is rather unique in that it is based on a free format text database - each address entry can be an entire document's worth of information. You can store huge amounts of text in addresses. You can even insert photos into the address's document and use any fancy formatting and fonts that are helpful to you.

In the following example the user is keeping a log of all interactions with the client - highlighting each call's date with bold face. The client's address appears in the top left corner, and a photo of the client appears in the top right. (inserting a simple table allows for the side-by-side formatting of the address and photo).

Don't forget to use the power of KeepandShare's editor to format the text - in the above example you can see that the user indented and highlighted the action items in blue and boldfaced the dates.

An added advantage of the free text nature of Addresses is that you have the ease and speed of simple text based searching to quickly find addresses by either the names you use for them, but you can also search for any text located within the address.
