Click on the gray Calendar tab to view your calendar, and then click on 'Customize & Share'. You will then see three blue commands on the left side: 'Import other calendars', 'Export this calendar', and 'Clean up this calendar'.
Import supports these file formats: ".CSV", ".ICS" and ".KCS". The first two are standard calendar file formats, supported by many programs. The third, .KCS, is a KeepandShare version of .ICS that preserves KeepandShare's unique text formatting and colors on your calendar entries.
Note on CSV: If you use a .CSV file, it must be Microsoft Outlook-compatible.
Export supports .ICS and .KCS formats. Use the .KCS format for backup purposes and to transfer calendar information to another KeepandShare account or calendar. Use .ICS if you want to transfer your calendar information to another calendar program other than KeepandShare.
Clean Up is a command to delete some or all of the data in one of your 9 KeepandShare calendars. It optionally allows you to select a date range to clear. If you do not select a date range, it will erase your entire calendar. Be careful when using this command! You cannot undo it. We suggest you first use the export command to make a backup of your calendar before you give the 'Clean Up' command.
