1- I DON'T GET A NEW WINDOW WITH THE PRINT VIEW

Problem: "How do I find the window with the print view of my calendar? I click on the green print button but I still don't get a new window with the printable view of my calendar."

Solution: It's possible that the new print-view window is opening up as a new tab in your IE 7 or Firefox browser - look for it and click on its tab.

2- THE PRINT POP UP FLASHES THEN GOES AWAY

3- BUTTONS AND STUFF APPEAR ON MY CALENDAR PRINTOUT

Problem: "When I print the calendar it comes out virtually perfect except the KeepandShare logo and buttons appear on the print out.  How do I print calendar that doesn't include all of this extra stuff? "

Solution: This occurs when you tell your browser to print without first telling KeepandShare that you want to print.  You should first click on the green 'Print' button in KeepandShare that looks like this:

Whenever you want to print your calendar, make sure you are looking at your calendar in the browser and then click on the "Print" button.
