Whenever you want to print your calendar, make sure you are looking at your calendar in the browser and then click on the "Print" button at the left end of the calendar title bar. The print dialog will appear.
Choose the time frame to printout, the layout, fonts and other options. Set the options as you like, and then click on the OK button.
KeepandShare will then generate a printable version of the current calendar view in a new browser window. The printable calendar uses Adobe Corporation's Acrobat 'PDF' printing technology to give you high resolution, accurately formatted printouts every time. Here is what the printable browser window will look like for month view:
You'll see that this window has a row of icons across the top - just click on the print icon 
to print.
Tips:
- To print all of 2009 or 2010. If all you want is a blank yearly calendar, go to our downloadable calendars with holidays & moon phases. To print an entire year of your personal calendar, log into your account and click on calendar and click on the green Print button, then click on the 'All' button.
- To print a year on a single page. To print an entire year on a page, view your calendar in month view, click on the green Print button, then choose 'Year on a page' in the bottom left corner of the print dialog.
- To print a day box with large amounts of text. Put the calendar in Day View and click on Print and then choose Layout 1, which will print just 1 day per page, using as many pages as necessary to print out all your text.
- To print multiple weeks or months per page.
- To print in color, simply uncheck the the box titled 'Print color as black and white'.
- To print only Monday-Friday, simply uncheck the the box titled 'Include weekends'.
- How to 'download' or 'save' your calendar printout: any of our PDF print outs can easily be saved to your PC as a PDF file. Simply give the print command and, when you are viewing the Adobe PDF file in Adobe Acrobat, click on the file icon
