Yes, anyone who has a KeepandShare account that you have shared your calendar with will automatically be notified whenever your calendar has been edited.
When they log into their Keep and Share account, their dashboard will give them notifications of any new information, including a notification whenever your calendar has been updated. If it has been updated, all they have to do is click on the notification on their dashboard and they will be taken directly to your calendar.
