What if your calendar has the wrong date?
Whenever you click on 'This Month', 'This Week' or 'This Day', KeepandShare will take you to today's date in the month, week or day view.
KeepandShare also displays today's date with a red number, and all the days before today have a light blue background:

Users sometimes report that it seems the calendar has the wrong date. Here's what you should do in this case:
- Refresh your browser window by pressing F5 on a PC (or click on the circle-arrow icon). Here are a complete set of steps to reset your browser.
- KeepandShare gets it's date from the web browser you are using on your PC or Mac (e.g., IE 7 or Firefox or Safari). Browsers usually get their date from your PC or Mac. So check that your computer has the correct date.
- Sometimes if browsers have been open and running a long time (e.g., for multiple days) it seems they get confused about the date. So close all instances of your browser, restart your computer, and reopen your browser and, then, while holding down the Control key press the F5 key once. That will do a "force refresh" which is a stronger refresh that the ordinary refresh. Come back to KeepandShare.com and log into your account. This often solves the problem.
- If closing and reopening your browser did not solve the problem, please email us at support@keepandshare.com. We would like to hear about your problem!
