Sample Calendar Print Layouts

The print dialog gives you extensive control over customizing your printouts. Here are images of sample printouts of KeepandShare calendar's six print layouts:

  1. Month Layout
  2. Week Layout
  3. Week (Column )Layout
  4. Day Layout
  5. Event Layout
  6. Year Layout
Remember that the print dialog has many options you can use to extensively customize your printout.
These are reduced screen shots of the PDF files your calendar will generate. Your PDF files will be very high resolution.

Be sure to just try generating your own PDF printouts. Experiment with the many options. You will not waste any paper, since you will always first see the final PDF file on your computer screen and you can easily discard it without printing if you want to make some more changes to the print dialog settings.

Put Any Amount / Type of Information in Each Day

Remember that you always control the contents of the day and you can put thousands of characters of notes and hundreds of events in each day. Here are some samples of what day's might look like (on screen and in print outs):

Month Layout

You can turn off the weekends and you can also ask that the print out include the several days each from the preceding and following months.

Week Layout

This is a class 7 day week layout. The Notes box is for handwritten notes in the 8th box.

Week (Column) Layout

This layout displays the 7 days each as a vertical column, maximizing room if you have many short entries.

Day Layout

Day layout printouts will print 'across' as many pages as necessary to show all the contents of each day. You can print out as many days in a row as you like.

Event Layout

This stacked column of days layout is efficient because it always displays all the contents of each day. You can print out as many days in a row as you like.

Year Layout

Yes, you can fit a year on a page. Of course, you can't read much detail, but it will give you a feeling for the year.
