To Create a Document:
First, make sure you are in the document application (click on Document in the gray tabs). Then click on the folder name that you want to create the document in, or, if the folder doesn't exist yet, click on 'New Folder' and create the folder.
Once you are viewing the folders contents, it will look like this:

When you click on the blue 'New Document' command and it will create a new document instantly, locating the document in the same folder.
To Delete a Document:
Edit the document by clicking on the blue 'Edit' next to its name. Then click on the red 'Delete Document' button on the left side.
