The Share With controls allow you to share your document or stored file with other named KeepandShare users. (You can find these controls by clicking the blue "Edit" command next to the document / file name).

Sharing is simple - just type in the user name you want to share with, such as "JSmith" and then Save the document. When you share a document, other users can view the document, but they cannot change it unless you also give them edit rights by checking the "Edit" checkbox.
If you want to share a document with more than two users, you can share it publicly or with a share group. Share groups can include unlimited number of users, and can be used again and again to share many documents, photo blogs and other KeepandShare information. You can click on the blue 'Edit share groups' command to create or modify a share group.
In the following image you can see this user has defined a number of share groups and has just selected "A Team".

Alert friends: When checked, everyone this document is shared with (and if it's shared public, everyone who has subscribed to you) will receive a notification in the "Fresh Shares" section of their Dashboard. If you saved this document multiple times their Dashboard will not become cluttered because the original Fresh Share notification will be updated instead of multiple notifications being sent.
