Currently KeepandShare does not have a spell checker. But it is easy to use browser-based spell checkers with KeepandShare.
You have two choices:
- By downloading the Google toolbar for your browser you get an excellent toolbar with several functions besides great spell checking. It works with both IE and Firefox. This is my favorite.
- For IE users you can also download the "IESpell" add-in spell checker. We've used this one for years with IE and KeepandShare and it works very well
In both cases the add in spell checking works best with the latest versions of the IE and Firefox browsers. So we strongly recommend you upgrade to IE 7.0 or Firefox 2.0. You'll find their security improved, their user interface improved, and their printing support improved.
Both add- in checkers place their spell check commands located conveniently on their toolbars. Just click on the spell check icon to check the spelling of whatever is currently displayed in the browser -- therefore they work with your KeepandShare documents, addresses, photo blogs, etc.
By keeping the spell checker in the browser tool bar, you'll find that it works not only with all your KeepandShare applications, but also with other work you do in your browser, such as composing emails.
