Bookmarks can be organized and found using the same commands as documents, to dos and other KeepandShare information.

Use folders to organize your bookmarks. Create new folders by clicking on the "New Folder" command. Examples of folders you might use to organize your bookmarks are:

• "Movies" for web site with the best movie reviews
• "Shopping" for best web sites for online shopping
• "Cars" for best automotive info web sites
• "Weather" for web sites where you've typed in a particular zip code or city's weather forecast - now you can have your bookmark link directly to this city without having to enter it again and again

It's easy to change the folder the bookmark is assigned to at anytime by using the 'Save in the Folder' pull down when you are editing the bookmark; in the below screen the user is choosing to put their bookmark in the 'Bicycling' bookmark folder:

Use the Show Bar to find bookmarks and control the display of your bookmarks. You can click on "all folders" to display all folders and all their contents. Use gold stars to mark especially favorite bookmarks. Use the search box to type in some text and find all matching bookmarks.
