Hiding is an advanced "expert mode" feature and you must turn on Expert Mode on to access it. To turn expert mode on, click on "Dashboard" in the gray tabs, then click on "Settings" in the blue command bar and click on "Customize KeepandShare".
To view hidden items, first display them by checking the "hidden" checkbox in the showbar:
The folder will then display only its hidden contents, marking the items as "**HIDDEN**" to highlight their special status:
