A powerful feature of KeepandShare is the ability to upload any kind of file and store it within the document application's folders. These are called "stored files".

Uploaded files are always shown with a floppy disk icon the the right of the file's name. The file size appears in parenthesis.

The document application show bar's "files" check box looks like this:

If you check the "files" box then only stored files are shown. If the files check box is not checked then all items (both uploaded files and other KeepandShare items) are shown.
