The Left Panel: Moving Between Applications

The "left panel" provides you a quick way to switch between the different applications in your KeepandShare account:

Left Panel is Open:		Left Panel is Hidden:

Left Panel Contains:

1. The applications that hold your information:
2. Visit Friends' Shares, which provides easy access to all the information shared with you from another account.
3. Dashboard, which provides account management and overview.

Using the Left Panel

• Click on an application tab such as 'File' or 'Calendar' in the left panel to switch to that application. Application contents are displayed in the right panel.
• Below the open application, click "" to add a new folder or calendar.
• Click " Add / Remove" to control how many applications are displayed in the left panel.
• Click to edit the sharing control for an item.
• Click to edit a name.
• Click to hide the left panel.
• Click to open the left panel again.
• When the left panel is hidden it is very narrow but you can still click on its icons to switch between applications. Hiding the left panel leaves you more room to view your calendar or other application.

Application Contents

The open application appears in color at the bottom of the left panel. You can always easily see and click on the other applications to switch again.
