1) Create the account. To create a group account go to www.KeepandShare.com and click on the "Try It Free " button. (Note: all KeepandShare accounts are the same - there are not different kinds of accounts for groups versus individuals.) Fill in your own first name, last name and email address. For the account "username" pick a name you want the group account to have such as "riversidecondos" or "parkermiddleschool".
2) Create a share page for the account.
3) If your friends don't already have KeepandShare accounts, create free accounts for your friends and invite them to visit your new group site.
4) Make sure all your friends are on your Friends to Visit List (click on the blue Visit command).
5) Create one or more share groups that include your friends
6) Create information in the account by creating folders, documents, to dos, calendar entries - whatever it is you want to keep in the account.
7) Set the "Share With" controls on your new information to allow the share groups to view, or view and edit the information you want them to access on your new group site. It's easiest to just set the Share With controls once for each folder - every document in a folder will automatically follow the folder Share With settings.
