It's easy and quick to create free KeepandShare accounts for your friends. Just follow these steps:

1. Make sure you have a list of your friends' email addresses handy - that's all you'll need.
2. Log into the KeepandShare account you want your friends to be automatically linked to (e.g., either your personal account or a group account).
3. Click on the blue "Invite a Friend" in the top right screen corner and type in a list of the email addresses you want to invite.
4. Write a personal welcome message if you want.
5. Click on " Invite Now".

Your friends will each receive an email telling them the name of their new account and an initial password.

Once your friends are invited, you should place them in a share group.

Note: KeepandShare provides your invitees with an initial default username based on their email address, but they are free to choose their own username the first time that they log in. So don't worry group leaders, your friends will be able to choose their own user names. All you have to do is type in their email addresses into the Invite a Friend command

As an added convenience, your friends' accounts and yours will be automatically linked via your Friends lists, making it easy to share information with each other.
