Whenever you are viewing a document, photo blog or discussion, you can send an email with a link to the document to as many friends as you like. To send an email with the link click on the "Email This" button:

Your are then prompted to address the email and customize a personal message that includes a link back to the document or blog. This email is a great way to help promote traffic to shares you like.
The email will contain your personal message and also a hyperlink back to your document or photoblog. When they receive the email, all they have to do is click on the link in the email body, and they will be taken directly to your shared information.
You can also Email This whenever you have finished creating or updating a document or photoblog, if you choose the "Save and Email" command:

Once you have sent either kind of email by clicking on the "Send Email" button, the next screen allows you to add any new email addresses in your email book. Just check the names you want saved, and, if you like, enter a descriptive name.
To manage the list of saved email addresses, go to Dashboard then click on "Settings" in the blue command bar, and click on "Remove Email Addresses".
