Follow these steps to view information a friend has shared with you. First, log in to your account at KeepandShare with your username and password, and then:
- Click on the gray 'Visit' tab to go to your Friends List
- If your friend is not on the Friends List, then add them to your Friends List
- Click on your friend's name in the Friends List
You are now viewing your friends' 'Share Page'. If necessary, scroll down to see the section 'Shares Visible To You'. Any information they've shared with you will be visible to you. E.g., click on blue 'Documents', 'Calendar' or 'Photo Blogs' to see these shared items.
If you see the message 'has not shared any information with you', or if the specific item you seek is not available, it is because your friend has to set their 'Share With' controls to give viewing permission for your username. Ask your friend to put your username in the share group or 'Share With' field on that item or folder.
