Since KeepandShare runs inside of your web browser, Printing is controlled by your web browser software. Click on the "File" command in your web browser and choose the "Page Setup" command.

In Microsoft IE you will see fields for defining the Header and Footer printing:

If you want to remove either the header or footer, just blank their field. If you want to add headers or footers back, the default IE settings are "&w&bPage &p of &P" for the header and "&u&b&d" for the footer. For more information on IE control characters consult the IE help system.

In the Firefox browser once you have the Page Setup dialog open, click on the "Margins & Header/Footer" tab.

You can then control the left, center and right headers and footers by choosing settings from the drop down controls. The top row of controls is for the header, the bottom row is for the footer.
