It's easy to print multiple "pages" on a single physical piece of paper. This is useful if you want to print smaller versions of our printable stationery, paper, birthday cards. For instance, by printing our stationery out 2-to-a-page, you've created stationery note paper!
Just change the default settings of the Adobe Acrobat printing software:
- Download a free PDF printable from KeepandShare.
- You will now see a preview of the print out using Adobe's PDF software running inside your browser.
- Click on the left-most 'Printer' icon - this brings up the Adobe Print dialog.
- In the 'Page Scaling' option, choose 'Multiple Pages per Sheet'
- You'll then see a 'Pages per Sheet'. Change the numbers to control how many KeepandShare print pages appear on a single physical printer sheet. E.g., choose '1 by 2' to put 2 months on one physical page.
- Click on the 'OK' button to initiate the Adobe PDF printing.
(gang printing; double printing; print 2 pages per page; print 4 pages on a page;)
