Sharing is built around several simple concepts. The Friends Listis a list of KeepandShare user names that is the universe of which users you want to share with.Share Groupsare a way to create a list of friends so it is easy to share information with this group again and again. You assign individual friends to be members of share groups.

Here is an example of an account in which a number of custom share groups have been defined (e.g., "Blue Sky", "RoperConsult" etc.). Notice that the Share With pull down now shows all the custom share groups:

Here is an example of how you can edit an individual share group:

The user has assigned the name "Blue Sky" to the group, and friends can be assigned to the group by simply checking their name and clicking on the "update" button.
