Your share page is a portal that people can use to come "visit" you and find your information. Share Pages have a top half that is a document you create yourself with text and photos to personalize your share page. The bottom half of the Share Page is automatically created by KeepandShare to provide links to all shared information the visitor has rights to see.

A Share Page can be accessed by users typing in the URL (web address) that includes a KeepandShare username as follows (assuming your username is 'johnsmith'):
johnsmith.KeepandShare.com
or www.johnsmith.KeepandShare.com
The visitors then see the KeepandShare Share Page, with shared information grouped under "Photo Blog", "Document", etc.
There are two ways to create a share page:
- Use the Share page wizard: click on the gray"Dashboard" tab. If your First Time Wizards are not displayed then click on the "Open Wizard" button to open them. Then choose the "Share Page" wizard. The wizard will walk you through creating your share page in four easy steps.
- Create by hand: click on the blue Share command , and then you can modify and enhance your Share Page by choosing the "Edit Share Page" command. This puts you into KeepandShare's familiar and powerful document editor where you can create headlines, write text and quotes, and insert and format photos to create an attractive Share Page.
