Yes! To edit or create a share page click on the gray  Dashboard tab, click on the blue Share command , and then choose the "Edit Your Share Page" command:

This puts you into KeepandShare's familiar and powerful document editor where you can create headlines, write text and quotes, and insert and format photos to create an attractive Share Page. See Trick up your share page for more information.

You can also control which of your shares appear in the "Special Shares" box: any items that are both Gold Starred and Public will show up in Special Shares.

When you edit your share page you can also control the display of your network connections (your KeepandShare friends).
