Share Pages
Your share page is a portal for others to "visit" your shared information. Every account has a built-in share page that can be accessed with a URL that includes your account name as follows:
johnsmith.KeepandShare.com
Visitors to this page are shown only the items they are allowed to see according to how you have set the sharing on your documents, calendars, files, and photo albums.
Welcome Message
When visitors come to your share pages URL, they are shown a 'welcome message'. You can customize your welcome message.
- Click on 'Dashboard' and then 'My Share Page' in the left panel.
- If you want to put some photos in your welcome message, click 'Create'. It will create a custom page from scratch, prompting you for colors, photos, title & descriptive text.
- If you'd like to create your welcome message from scratch, or edit an existing one, click 'Edit'.
- Click 'Configure' to set the initial screen your share page shows to visitors. By default, the initial screen is the welcome message. But if you'd prefer your visitors are shown your Calendar first, it's easy to set that (or any KeepandShare application) as the share page destination.
- Make sure you are sharing some content from your account. Go to some of your most relevant or coolest documents, photo albums, to dos, or calendar and set the sharing to your friends' names, groups, or to "Public".
- Preview your welcome message by clicking View.
