Display the information in a printable format, as this is usually the best format in which to save it:

• If it is a discussion, document, or photo blog, click on the "Print" button that appears at the top and bottom of the document when you view it.
• If it is an address, to do, or favorite, click on the the blue "Print this list" command at the bottom of the displayed list.
• If it is a calendar, click on the "Printable View" button.

Then, either:

1. Print the information out (using your browser's print command).
2. Or save it to hard disk by selecting the browser "File" pull down menu and then select "Save As" (or "Save Page As") menu item.
