Whenever you are viewing a document, photo blog or discussion, you can choose the "Email This" button to send an email with a link to that document to as many friends as you like. As you send the email you have an option to have KeepandShare remember the email addresses you've used - building up a convenient list of email addresses for the next time you want to "email this."

The Remove Email Addresses command allows you to manage your simple email address book by deleting any addresses you no longer want.

When you are in the Dashboard application (click on "Dashboard" in the gray tabs) click on "Settings" in the blue command bar, then "Remove email addresses ".

To delete an address click on the check box next to the address. Then click on the "Delete Addresses" button.
