KeepandShare's ToDo application provides the ability to create, manage and share lists of To Do items organized by priority, date and keyword, allowing you to painlessly track your to dos.

To Do items are stored in "lists" which behave identically to the "folders" in the rest of KeepandShare. You can create as many separate lists as you like. When you create a new To Do item you can assign it both a priority and to which list it belongs. To Dos can hold an unlimited amount of text.

Both To Do items and lists can be shared with your friends and colleagues, using the identical Share With controls as in the rest of KeepandShare.

To Do items can be managed by status and time. Status includes "Current" (still open), "Finished", and "Future". If it is a Future item then it has a date assigned to it at which it will become current.

In addition to assigning priorities 1 through 9 to your To Dos, you can also mark them with a gold star , which moves them to the top of the list within their priority. You can ask for only gold starred items to be displayed.

The Show Bar gives powerful control over displaying and finding your To Dos. They can be displayed in a variety of useful orders using the "order" drop down control. Every list can be displayed by checking the "all lists" box, and you can search for specific text using the Search box. You can also use the status drop down to control whether current, finished, or future items are displayed.
