Instantly Create a New Document or ToDos

Here is a great shortcut that will streamline creation of new documents and to dos.

Whenever you are viewing a folder, you'll see a New Document command located just underneath each green folder name:

Click on this command and a new document is instantly created within that same folder - obviating the usual step of having to select a folder for each new document.

Another way to speed creation, if you are adding several new documents in a row to the same folder, is to, once you've created the first new document, then choose the "Save and Add" command:

The Save and Add button will save the currently edited document in the already selected folder, and then instantly create another new document in the same folder.

Use these same commands in the List application to save time- in fact, since most people create many to dos, these speed commands are even more useful in To Do. Of course, in To Do the command is called New To Do. You'll also notice that in To Do, the command appears next to not only each list name, but also to each priority - making it quick and easy for you to add new To Dos to a particular priority within a particular list.

These commands also work identically in the Address, Discuss, Favorite, and Photo Blog applications.
