KeepandShare's Calendar application is as easy to use as a paper-based wall calendar - just make notes for the days. Imagine the benefits of avoiding conflicting commitments - for example, before committing to a work trip, check the family calendar from the work pc to see if the children's school play is that week. Update the same family calendar from the home pc when your Uncle proposes a weekend visit.

It's easy to share a calendar. Click on the gray tabs's Calendar command, causing the calendar to be displayed. Then click on the Customize command - where you'll see the familiar "Share With" controls. Now fill in the username or groups fields, click on Save Changes, and your calendar will be shared with them.
