Use Priorities On Your To Dos

Whenever you are creating or editing a To Do item, you can assign its priority by choosing a priority from the priority list:

To see this priority list, click on Edit next to the to do item.

By assigning varying priorities to your to dos, you can then better manage your lists. For instance, in the show bar you can use the "order" pull down to control the order your to dos are displayed.

Choose "priority" order to see your to dos listed first by Priority 1, then by Priority 2, and so forth. If you've been assigning start dates to your to dos, then the "Priority, then Date" order is also useful.

Whenever to dos are displayed there are a row of buttons displayed both at the top and bottom of the list. Two of these buttons allow you to easily promote or demote the importance of a number of to do items at once:

Simply click on the check boxes for all the to dos you want to change priority and then choose either the More Important or Less Important button. This feature is very useful for managing your lists - i.e., after finishing most of your priority 1 items, you might select the check boxes for several priority 2 items, and then move them up in priority all at once by clicking on the More Important button.
