You might not have realized it, but KeepandShare allows you to have up to four different separate copies of each application (up to nine for the calendar!). Multiple applications are a great way to partition your KeepandShare information to match the way your life is organized.
For instance, you might want to have a different document application for work and for home. That way your folders for work won't be mixed up with your folders for home life. Or you could have a calendar for the boy scout troop and another calendar for family and a third one for work.
These multiple application instances already exist in your KeepandShare account. There are two ways you can access them. The first way to access them is through the pull down "More Applications" menu. It's located in the blue command bar of your KeepandShare screen and it looks like this:

When you click on the pull down, you'll see a menu like this:

For instance, clicking on "Document 2" will put you right in to the second instance of your document application.
The second way to access your multiple applications is to turn on the display of them in the gray tabs. Click on "my account" at the top of your screen and then "Customize KeepandShare". You'll see a section of options that allow you to choose how many applications you want displayed in the gray tabs:

In the above screen fragment the user has chosen to have3 Document applications and 2 Bookmark applications displayed in the gray tabs:

To choose application #2, click on the "2". To choose document application #3, click on the "3". Click on the word "Document" to access Document instance #1.
That's all there is. We really encourage you to try turning on the display of a few extra applications to give you completely separate and new organizational spaces in your KeepandShare account.
