Why The Dashboard Is Command Central

Whenever you log into your KeepandShare account you are first placed in your Dashboard application. In fact, we recommend you go there many times a day, because it can serve as your 'command central', giving you an overview of all critical KeepandShare activity.

On the right side of the screen is "Share Central" which provides you with a comprehensive portal with sixteen different reports on recent sharing activity by you and your friends. Click here for a complete overview, but here are a few key ways you can use Share Central:

  1. Fresh Shares shows you the very newest information created or edited by your friends - click on the underline link to immediately view it.
  2. Fresh Visits shows you the most recent visits by your friends to your shared information.
  3. Most viewed by visitors shows you which of your shares are most popular with visitors.
  4. My recent visits to friends' shares gives you an incredible 'bread crumb trail' to see everything you've visited in most recent order. Ever want to find something, but can't remember it's name or location, you just know you visited it last Thursday or Friday? Use this to find it quickly.

On the left side of the screen is the "Keep Focused" area which shows you two days of your calendar and your top ten to dos from the List application. You can click directly through to the Calendar or the List application by clicking on the underlined titles.

The blue command bar has four useful commands for maintaining your account:

  1. Settings - change account settings, customize KeepandShare, change your password, view usage statistics, and manage email adresses.
  2. Share - manage your friends and share groups, edit your share page, and more.
  3. Subscriptions - view who is subscribing to your shares, and manage the list of your subscriptions to others.
