In KeepandShare you can use photos from other sites. You must first have the photos uploaded and stored in these other sites. Two popular ones are www.flickr.com and www.photobucket.com.
There are three ways to use photos from other sites into KeepandShare.
1) The easiest way to insert the URL into your photo blog is to edit the photo blog, then click on the location you want the photo inserted, and choose the Insert Photo icon:
, which brings up this dialog:

If your photo is stored on another photo-hosting website, type the URL for your photo into the top field:
Once you've entered the URL then click on the "Insert Now" button. The URL reference to your photo is inserted into the document and the photo should be displayed. If it isn't, make sure you are using a valid URL. (you can test the URL by opening a new browser window and putting the URL into the address bar).
2) You can copy a photo from one web browser into KeepandShare running in Microsoft's IE browser: If you are using Microsoft's IE browser you can simply right click on the photo and select the "copy" command. Now open an IE browser into your KeepandShare account and edit either a document or photo blog and give the paste command (using either the Ctrl-V command or the icon bar's paste command:

Whenever you use IE to "copy" photos note that it doesn't really make a copy of the original photo, but it just inserts a 'link' that points to the original photo file in its original home.
3) Paste the URL reference directly into the HTML source of your KeepandShare document: You can also paste HTML references into KeepandShare documents and photo blogs. To edit the HTML source of a KeepandShare document or blog click on the "HTML Source" button on the icon bar:
You will then be viewing the HTML source for your document and you can paste a valid reference to your photo. Click on the same "HTML Source" button again to return to the normal view of the document.
