Photobucket

www.photobucket.com is a popular website for storing photos, especially so they can be used from yet other websites such as MySpace or EBay.

It is easy to included photos from Photobucket in your KeepandShare documents and photo blogs. Whenever you do this you save yourself the work of uploading the photos into KeepandShare - so, if you already have your photos in Photobucket, you might find the following techniques useful.

First, whenever you are using the KeepandShare editor, use the insert Photo command and type in a URL reference to the photo in Photobucket.

Second, using IE you can simply copy and paste the photo from Photobucket right into your KeepandShare, as further described here.

Third, you can copy the "tag" from Photobucket and paste it into the HTML source of your document. Whenever Photobucket displays your photos as thumbnails it also displays several fields. Highlight the text in the "Tag" field and right click to copy it to the clipboard:

Now go to your KeepandShare document and edit its HTML source. To edit the HTML source of a KeepandShare document or blog click on the "HTML Source" button on the icon bar:

You will then be viewing the HTML source for your document and you can paste a valid reference to your photo by pasting the Tag field right into your HTML source. The pasted tag will look something like this:

<img src="http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f36/racarbr/84d39a54.jpg" alt="Image hosting by Photobucket">

Click on the same "HTML Source" button again to return to the normal view of the document.
