By converting a KeepandShare document into a Microsoft word document you will be able to store the document onto your PC's hard drive and use Microsoft word to edit and print the document. Typically you should only ever need to convert documents to Word if your work environment requires a Word version of the document or if you need very advanced Word formatting capabilities.
First open up your KeepandShare document by clicking the blue Edit command next to its name, then copy all of the document to the clipboard. An easy way to do this is to select all the text in the document with the Ctrl-A key combination and then give the copy command with the Ctrl-C key combination. You can also use KeepandShare's copy icon command:
Now open your PC's Microsoft Word and create a new, blank document and give the paste command inside Word by using the Ctrl-V key combination or using the Edit menu's paste command. The paste command should paste not only all text and tables but also any photos will actually be copied right into your Word document.
