List Application Renamed 'ToDo'. We are renaming the 'List' application to be 'ToDo' to better reflect what the application does (it manages To Do lists!). The functionality of the application is unchanged. The first change you'll notice is that the gray tab formerly called 'List' is now 'ToDo'. In the coming days we'll update the help system to reflect this change.

Calendar Printing Improvements. Two days ago we quietly added some cool new calendar print features. First, calendar names now print. (if you don't want a name in the print outs, just erase the calendar name from the customize screen.) We also added footers, a 'very large' font size, and a new option between Portrait & Landscape printing. Lastly, day view printing spans multiple pages - you'll find that we now print out 100% of the text in each day box rather than just the first page.

Your calendar just got easier to use. The KeepandShare calendar now auto-saves all your edits, so the blue 'Save' button is no longer necessary and has been removed. The calendar automatically saves your edits every 15 seconds once you've moved the cursor from one day-box to another. It also auto-saves whenever you navigate to different screens within the calendar and KeepandShare.

It's easy to have your your KeepandShare calendar actually "embedded" inside of web pages on other websites such as blogs and company or community websites. For instance, you could have a KeepandShare calendar be embedded on your chamber of commerce's stand alone website. Just follow these easy instructions.
Embedding of KeepandShare calendars helps you put out the word on your group's schedule and activities. Not only does it make your calendar available through a stand alone website or blog, it also means that your calendar is easily updated by non-technical staff -- all they have to do is log into the KeepandShare account and edit the calendar, and the edits are instantly reflected in the websites that embed the calendar.

Auto Backup Protects Your Data Every 15 Seconds. Today we made a great improvement to KeepandShare. Auto Backup is a feature of the Document, Photoblog, Discuss and Address applications that helps ensure you never lose more than a few seconds of work due to PC crashes or accidentally closing your browser window before giving KeepandShare's "Save" command.
How it Works: KeepandShare automatically backups your document every 15 seconds while you are actively editing a document, photoblog or address. Then, if you do ever accidentally lose your edits before you've clicked on one of the 'Save' commands, the next time you edit the document you'll be present with the option of accepting the more recent Auto Backup version.
How to Know it is Working: You will notice the yellow and red message 'Auto Backup' flashes in the title area of the document you are editing, and a gray 'Auto Backup time stamp' appears above the 'Save and Exit' button.
