Introduction
Calendars

Please Note: We recently updated the KeepandShare calendar. Click in any calendar day box and you now have a pop-up editor window that allows you to choose the font, size, color, and highlight color for your text. You can even put lists and hyperlinks into your calendar text. We'll update these calendar videos in the next few days to show the latest software. But until we do, just note that the new KeepandShare software is even better than you see in these next four videos!

Having Problems Viewing These Videos?

All of the KeepandShare Quick Video Lessons require the Adobe Flash player to play. The Flash player is a web standard developed by Adobe and its built into almost all web browsers.

First, test if your browser is correctly playing Flash. Here is a third party website that has a nice test flash video (it's the second one down on the page). Go to that site and click to play the 'Adobe Flash-Video Test'. Be sure your volume is turned up. If the test video does not play correctly, then that shows you the problem is with your browser, not with KeepandShare.

If the above videos do not play correctly for you, there are a couple steps we can suggest:

  1. Try watching these videos in another browser. E.g., if you are running Internet Explorer, try watching the videos in Firefox, or if you are running Firefox on the Mac, try using Safari. You might find that the other browser plays Flash videos just fine. If you don't have a second browser on your machine, it's always a good idea to have two browsers, here's how to get another browser.
  2. Consult the Adobe support page on resolving Flash player problems. Most problems can be rectified through rebooting and / or reinstalling the Flash player. Consult the Adobe support page for details.
