Welcome to KeepandShare. This first video provides a quick overview to KeepandShare. KeepandShare's suite of online applications includes calendar, documents, file sharing and more. Making group sharing easy and secure. You can store, organize, and share thousands of documents and files in your account.
We'll click on the Marketing folder to zoom in on some files. Here we see a Word document and a Spreadsheet document. They were uploaded with the Upload Files command. Now we will click on the Edit command for the Print Ads document. Let's select the first line of text and make the heading larger. We'll select the next four lines and turn them into a bullet list. And the next line, we'll make the text red. Now we'll share this document with Jackie and give her editing rights in addition to just viewing it.
KeepandShare is the ideal way to privately share information online. You control what people see because it is always password protected. When finished, we will click on the Save and Exit button. And notice how friends that have access to the document are automatically notified. Built into every application is both the ability to share information and visit your friends' shared information.
Use the List application to organize your to-do's by priority, list, or start date. We'll choose priority as our organizing method. You can view all of your lists together, or click on a single list to view it's to-do's. We'll click the boxes on these two items and then click finish to clear them from the to-do list. Boy does that feel good!
You can upload photos with one easy command and then create photo-blogs. A unique combination of online blog journals with photo sharing, which allows unlimited text annotation before and after your photos. Here we are looking at a photo-blog and we'll scroll down to show how well you can tell a story with text before and after the photos. And by varrying the sizes of the photos. Photo-blogs are perfect for sharing trips, events, and shared work.
KeepandShare also includes an address application where you can even insert photos into your address book entries. Most users come to KeepandShare for calendar applications; which is as easy to use as a wall calendar. But it can be accessed online by multiple users to share and update. Here we'll add an entry for next month and add a reminder to bring some items to a friend's barbeque.
You can have virtually unlimited text in the day boxes. To get more room simply switch to either Week or Day View. Here we'll click on the day number to switch to Week View. Since your KeepandShare calendar is online you can also access it from any computer that has internet access.
