Video Transcript for Calendar Printing

Printing your calendar in KeepandShare is easy. Click on the calendar tab and then click on the green print button, then the green OK button. This generates a PDF file that appears as another tab in your browser. If it doesn't appear as a tab in your browser, you might have a problem with your browser having a pop-up blocker stopping the KeepandShare PDF file from appearing. But normally it works just fine and here you see the PDF file is a high quality one.

You can print it by clicking on the Adobe Acrobat PDF printing software. Click on this printer icon here or click on the floppy disk icon to save it to your hard drive. But for now we'll close out this PDF file and come back to our calendar and examine print options in more detail.

Print options always give you time periods on the left hand side to select. You have layout choices at the top of the middle column. You typically have font style choices and font size choices and then some other options in the bottom right corner. Whether or not to include color in the print out, whether or not to specify header, footer, and whether or not you want your weekends to show up. If you're printing out work calendars you may only want Monday to Friday.

In this case we are doing a month print out. Let's pick three months and click on OK. And you'll see that the PDF print out has three pages, we're currently viewing page one out of three. If you click on the right arrow, we see the other pages. We'll close that PDF print out and return and click print again.

You'll notice that month view you have your choice of two different layout formats. And oft and you also have a choice of portrait vs. landscape. And often times you might want a smaller font in your print out so you can get more text in the day boxes.

I'll cancel out of printing in month view and we'll switch to week view. Click on the print button. And again you have a choice of two different layouts. A single column per day or a more classic two rows of days. On the left hand side you can pick out which weeks you want to print out. I'll cancel out and we'll go to day view. And we'll click on the print button and here you see the layout choices are a single day per page or two days per page.

Well, that's it to printing your calendar in KeepandShare and thanks for watching this video.
